The Village recognizes that this project will impact a large number of residents living in the immediate area. Project Description:

This project will focus on the replacement of the original 1950's main on Butternut Lane, Penfold Place, and Summerton Place.  Additionally, the original 1940’s main will be replaced on Ash Lane, Cedar Lane, and Peachtree Lane.  This project will occur in conjunction with the scheduled street rehabilitation projects along these roads.

Once the Village Board has awarded a contract for this work, a copy of the enabling resolution will be posted here.

Project Communications:

A construction notice will be mailed to residents within the project limits in February 2023. Once the notice is distributed, a copy of the notice will be provided here.
