Hosted by the Chamber of Commerce at the Northbrook Public Library, the annual State of the Village Address included a presentation from Village President Kathryn Ciesla. During this exciting presentation, President Ciesla unveiled a refreshed community identity, highlighted recent successes, and spoke about the future of Northbrook.
